Today you'll add Tempo intervals into your Endurance Miles ride. The Tempo efforts are fully aerobic, meaning they won't feel as hard as many of the other intervals you will do. They should feel slightly challenging at first and it is important to maintain the prescribed intensity for the entire duration of each interval. In the last few intervals it will be increasingly difficult to maintain your power level, but this is the point where you will start getting the most benefit from these intervals, so keep your effort in the correct range!
